Kristin Greer Love (pronouns: she/her/hers) is CDM’s Writer and Counsel. Kristin earned a BA with honors in History and Law, Letters, and Society from the University of Chicago, a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, where she worked in the Federal Criminal Justice Clinic, and an MS/LIS from the University of Illinois School of Information Science. After beginning her legal career as a Skadden Fellow with CDM in Zacatecas, Kristin clerked for the Honorable Martha Vázquez of the US District Court for the District of New Mexico. She has also worked as a staff attorney with the ACLU of New Mexico, a supervisory attorney with the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, a community college teacher, a research and writing consultant, and a law librarian. Kristin lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with her son and their dog and cat.
