I am beyond grateful for you. Thanks to our wonderful allies and supporters, this year has been marked with a range of litigation success stories. We are proud to fight for migrant justice alongside courageous migrant workers, powerful co-counsel and you. Here are some of our favorite stories of impact:
Filing a motion to approve a settlement with the federal court in Atlanta, GA, in Precision 2000, a case of H-2B workers who allege that their wages were stolen through coerced housing fees and were fired when they complained.
Winning a fantastic settlement in Kuiper Dairy, a case that alleged retaliation and recruitment fraud on behalf of four TN visa dairy workers in Texas, in the face of the Dairy’s two motions to dismiss the case.

H-2B worker Juan Servando
Defeating a motion to dismiss Four Star, a case of H-2A workers — including several indigenous workers — alleging wage theft and retaliatory immigration enforcement by a large greenhouse in Michigan.
Supporting a TN visa pig farm worker in securing a confidential settlement in her whistleblower case against an important Minnesota pork producer. This case established that the federal food safety whistleblower law covers farms that raise animals for human consumption
Alongside the WilmerHale firm, we supported Engracia Hernández, a domestic worker with a B-1 visa, in filing a human trafficking and wage theft lawsuit against the family that employed her for seven years in Southern California.
Our legal team works tirelessly to ensure that migrant workers across geographies, industries and visa categories have access to justice.

Not only have these cases been life-changing for the workers who have taken legal action — they have also compelled other workers to speak up for their rights in workplaces across the country.
