Policy Director

The Policy Director will help shape a bold vision for the future of work and international labor migration, leading CDM’s ambitious policy agenda and advancing meaningful policy reforms through CDM’s groundbreaking federal, state, and transnational campaigns.

Health Department Liaison

The Health Department Liaison, working under the direction of the Project Director and in close collaboration with the rest of the project team, will support CDM’s initiative targeted at protecting essential workers from emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases. This position will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with key actors in state and local health departments

Worker Health Initiatives Project Coordinator

The Worker Health Initiatives Project Coordinator will oversee the success of core programmatic, contractual, and administrative aspects of CDM’s Health Initiatives projects

Worker Health Initiatives Project Assistant

The Worker Health Initiatives Project Assistant will report to the Worker Health Initiatives Project Coordinator. Together, they will oversee the success of core programmatic, contractual, and administrative aspects of CDM’s Health Initiatives projects.

Regional Project Coordinator – Delaware, Maryland and Virginia

The Regional Project Coordinator, working under the direction of the Project Director and in close collaboration with the rest of the project team, will support CDM’s initiative targeted atprotecting essential workers from emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases. This position will be responsible for coordinating collaboration and outreach efforts between a diverse network of regional actors including community-based organizations, unions, and government actors among others. This position will focus on coordinating actors and activities in Region 1 of the PPP project, which comprises Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia.

Regional Project Coordinator – Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina

The Regional Project Coordinator, working under the direction of the Project Director and in close collaboration with the rest of the project team, will support CDM’s initiative targeted at protecting essential workers from emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases. This position will be responsible for coordinating collaboration and outreach efforts between a diverse network of regional actors including community-based organizations, unions, and government actors among others. This position will focus on coordinating actors and activities in Region 2 of the PPP project, which comprises Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Promotor/a/x/e de derechos

El/la Promotor/a/x/e de derechos apoyará el Proyecto de Personas Procesadoras de Proteínas, y será responsable de promover información en múltiples áreas de México sobre los derechos de las personas trabajadoras y buenas prácticas para prevenir enfermedades.

Digital Organizer

The Digital Organizer will support CDM’s initiative targeted at protecting essential workers from emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases. This position will be responsible for growing user engagement through the development and design of content and evaluating the impact of CDM’s presence on a number of digital platforms.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will support CDM’s Protein Processing Workers Project, an initiative focused on ensuring health and safety for workers employed in protein processing. Among others, the Graphic Designer will develop and maintain the visual identity of the Protein Processing Worker’s Project, conceptualize and design collateral for multiple organizations involved in the implementation of the project, and produce assets for CDM’s social media profiles, email campaigns, and websites
