Every year, hundreds of thousands of migrant workers are recruited to come to the United States for low-wage jobs on temporary visas. This immersive exhibit and reception shines a light on the pervasive discrimination guestworkers face during the recruitment and employment pipeline. Through displays featuring blatantly discriminatory job postings, personal worker testimonies, and powerful stories of migrant resistance, the event exposes the systemic barriers facing migrant workers—and celebrates their resilience in demanding justice.
Admission is free and open to the public; contributions in support of CDM’s mission to advance migrant workers’ rights are warmly welcomed.
Space is limited. Please RSVP to secure your spot.
