Kristen Lionetti joined CDM as Development Director in August 2025. She brings over 10 years’ experience working in the field of migration, including as related to proposal development, donor relations, program support, and partnership building.
Before coming to CDM, Kristen worked with the International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC), where she served as Head of U.S. Liaison Office, representing ICMC’s programs before U.S. stakeholders. She previously worked on programming with various community-based organizations in Nicaragua and El Salvador as well as with Catholic Relief Services in Central America, on migration policy with the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the United States’ Office of Justice and Ecology, and on outreach to promote immigration legal services in the U.S. through the Catholic Legal Immigration Network (CLINIC).
Kristen holds a masters in social work from The Catholic University of America and a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Puget Sound.
